Guitar Playing Dinosaurs Knitting Charts!
Starting in the Fall of 2009, I began thinking about creating custom Christmas Stockings for Keith and myself. I asked Keith if he could have anything he wanted on a stocking, what would that be. His response was dinosaurs playing guitars. I present to you, the charts that I created of dinosaurs playing guitars.
I cannot take all of the credit for these charts. They are based on the artwork of Frank Wu "Dinosaurs Playing Guitar".

I couldn't sleep and so I was just looking around on the Web. After seeing your knitting amino acid charts (all of them) and now your dinosaurs playing guitars -- one complete with Santa hat no less, I got to say, lady, you have some issues! Now maybe that's my insomnia and lack-of-sleep headache speaking, so please forgive me because otherwise you seem like a pretty cool, intelligent person! And thanks for helping me get back to sleep, with the sound knowledge that people like me are not alone....
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting :)

Carolyne,
DeleteI just replied to your email. I don't do a lot of math usually when I design my charts. Frequently I just doodle a design and then share it here on ChemKnits. Otherwise, I look at a project I am making and see how many stitches I have on my "canvas."
Best of luck!,
Rebecca
Wow! Amazing and fun ideas all ready to go. I can imagine how the kids would love those. Thanks for sharing.
